Reset Device: Power Cycle. There are multiple ways to reset your device if you are experiencing issues. The first is to perform a Power Cycle. Press and hold the Power button. Select Restart.
The device will take a moment to restart. Factory Reset. Factory resetting the device will erase all current settings on the Mobile Router and Network. To reset the Mobile Router, you must be logged into the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager website. From the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager website, click “Settings”.
Click “Administration”. Then click “Factory Reset”. Click “Reset Defaults”. Click “Yes”. Your device will take a moment to reset.
